First we want to tell you how much we love the 100 Wells Point house and are enjoying working with your staff. Once Mike sent us the timeline for the house selections and choices that needed to be made, your staff was in touch with us to begin coordinating options. Immediately, they reviewed all choices and talked with us a number of times on the phone so we all could coordinate selections, options, and schedules. Your staff was available at any tie for our calls and responded within minutes or hours to emails. Building a home from out of town could be stressful but with your staff working with us it has been enjoyable and seamless.
Your staff was prompt to set up a schedule for us to meet with all the vendors we needed to once we gave them the dates that we would be in town this week. They managed the schedule wisely and had their contacts ready to meet with us with the budget and selections made available for review. Your staff met us at the house, did a thorough walk through explaining all the things we would be looking at and choosing and drove us from place to place. They were so personable and accommodating that it seemed as if we had been working with them for years. They were attentive to our needs and very observant about any of our questions or hesitations. While driving your staff also explained where we were, pointed out local sites, and helped us get a better understanding of the city while we went from place to place.
